Datakalab has developed a new tool for measuring emotions and behaviours using IBM Tealeaf, a behavioural analysis solution. This solution enables to measure levels of attention and emotional engagement during the customer’s visite on any website.
These behavioral measurements are cross-referenced with data collected by IBM Tealeaf on all site visitor interactions (clicks, filled text fields, mouse movements...).
